Jim for Model Number JSD2695KES My Jenn-air refrigerator fountain dispenser beeps & lock light flashes randomly. When not in lock mode it has dispensed water with no one around. When on crushed ice it dispenses crushed ice and water at the same time. I believe the control board may be bad. What do you think?
Answer Hello Jim, You should first check the dispenser switch WP12575502 for moisture and proper operation. It is common for drinks and moisture to get into the switch and give the unit false signals like someone is trying to dispense.
