Marvin September 15, 2013 for Model Number GBD307PDS10 The oven was off, not in use then the control panel display shut off. I first checked the circuit breaker feed for it, I found it not tripped. Then I cycled the circuit breaker on/off, after 30 minutes the control panel came back-on with no other troubleshooting. Codes E6 & F2 displayed. Oven and control panel continued to work OK for another month and it happened again. Working fine as I write this.
1 Answer Marvin, The F2 E6 error code is a cancel key drive open. you will want to check the keypad connector for a firm connection. Press the cancel key and if the error code returns after 60 seconds then replace the keypad otherwise replace the control board. Read More...
Casey July 28, 2013 for Model Number RBD306PDB4 Oven shut off on its own and display is blank. The oven light button will turn oven lights on and off. All other buttons beep 3 times when pushed but nothing happens. Should I replace the electronic control board or some other part?

Steve July 27, 2013 for Model Number gbd307pds10 Replace control panel and turned on now is giving me a E1 F2 code.
1 Answer Steve, You will want to make sure that the ribbon cable from the keypad is firmly connected to the control board. If it checks ok then you will want to press cancel and if the error code returns after 60 seconds then the keypad is bad. If not then replace the control board. Read More...
Steve July 27, 2013 for Model Number gbd307pds10 I replaced the control panel and turned it on and now it is giving me a E1 F2 code.
1 Answer Hello Steve, You need to open the unit back up and check the ribbon cable connection. The fault code you have received indicates that the control does not see the connection to the panel. Read More...
Warren July 12, 2013 for Model Number GBD277PDS09 The display on this unit will sometimes fade away and 10 minutes later it will return. All other functions on the unit work normally. Is there a separate board for the display or is everything on 1 circuit board? When replacing the circuit board, should I wear gloves or an antistatic wrist band?
1 Answer Warren, This issue sounds like the LV transformer is faulty and would need to be replaced. You can test the transformer by checking for 120 vac into the transformer on Connector P16 pin 5 to 7. Then you would want to check for 12-24 vdc from pins 2 to 3 on the same connector. Since it goes out and then comes back it sounds like the transformer WP9760587 is shorting out. Read More...
Shooter July 09, 2013 for Model Number rbd275pdb15 Started beeping at night, 5 beeps at about an hour apart, panel display is out. Light works with button, other buttons will beep when pushed sometimes and no sound at other times. Display is dark. Showed a e6 f2 code at one time.
1 Answer Shooter, The F2 E6 error is an indication that the Cancel key drive line is open. You will want to check the keypad connector for a firm connection and make sure that there is no corrosion on the ribbon harness. Press cancel and if the error returns after 60 seconds then replace keypad and if the error does not return then replace the control board. Read More...

Mark May 14, 2013 for Model Number RBD306PDZ8 Hello, I have a double oven, model RBD306PDZ8. A little over a week ago, it gave an error code of E6 F2. Since then, it has been in the error state, or it has had a blank display. Pressing buttons causes a beep in either state. Pressing a button when the display is working shows the normal output based on the button pressed. The exception is the Start/Enter button; pressing it returns the display to the E6 F2 error. The erratic behavior is making it difficult to determine which part I need. Your assistance is appreciated. Thanks.
1 Answer Mark, The F2 E6 is a Cancel key drive line open. Check the keypad connector to the control board for a firm connection. Press cancel and if the error code returns after 60 seconds replace the keypad and if not then replace the control. Read More...
Randy April 23, 2013 for Model Number GBD307PDS09 Greetings, After a power failure, wall oven model GBD307PDSO9 stopped working and the touch pad would not illuminate. You suggested checking the transformer, which I did. Sure enough, it was bad. I changed it out and the oven worked but for only a few minutes, then went dead again. Your suggestion was to change the Electronic control, which I did. I now have illumination at the control board, however PF shows for a minute or two, then I get an F2/E2 error and the pad is unresponsive. I believe it is trying to tell me that there is a communication error. My question is: Since I replaced the electronic control, do I need to synchronize it with the old touchpad with a code or do I need to replace the old touch pad? I have tried several time to re-insert the communication ribbon but it just won't communicate. Thanks!!!!!! Randy
1 Answer Hello Randy. Based on the information you provided, it is leading to the control panel WP8300440 needing to be replaced as well. If some buttons work, then do not, it is the panel on the unit. Read More...
