1 Answer Brian, Yes, The touchpad assembly/ control panel is the more likely issue 22003238. If you wish, once you remove the control panel assembly, you shoukld find the tech sheet inside, and you can test the keypad ribbon resistances with a multimeter. To remove the console, remove the three screws across the back top portion of the console, push back on the console, and roll the top of the console towards the front of the machine. Rolando August 22, 2011 for Model Number MAH5500BWW Some of the buttons on the touch tone pad are not working. On the fabrics only the cotton/sturdy work (stuck on that one), and on the wash/rinse is stuck on hot/cold. What do you think is the problem?
