Frank, You most likely have an intermittent circuit on the control panel keypad(s) WP8535166. Its a common issue and is usually due to age and usage. You can check and clean the insertion end of the ribbon assembly and re insert it into the control board connector, but you will need to replace it eventually. Good Luck and Thanks

Hi Steve. Use a volt meter and check the power at the control board. The tan 120vac positive comes into the board from the fuse. The white/violet is the neutral at the board. If you do not have power there, you will need to back up your red volt meter (positive) lead to the Tan coming into the fuse for 120vac. You need to keep in mind that you have the door latches tripped (or bypassed/ jumped) in order to make these voltage checks. You will be safer by removing power and checking the fuse with your ohm meter to be closed. Keep working in reverse all the way back to the junction box (or start there) to verify circuit power. Let us know so we can assist you further. Thank you.

Hi Dan. You will need to replace the control board part # W10039780. If you can drain it seperately, then the command/timer on the board is not giving the command at the proper time. Thank you.
