Hello David, This is likely to be a ducting issue since the moisture and heat inside the unit can stall out the timers' advance. If you could re-post with the model number from the units' I.D. tag, we can look up specifics and give a more precise diagnosis.

Hello Joe, There may not be a problem at all. This is dependent on how many clothes are in the unit when it cuts off before the items are dry. You see, there have to be enough clothing in the drum to pass wet clothes across the sensors every revolution. If not, the timer will time out before the load is dry.

Hello Albert. Check for a broke belt and test the thermal fuse and door switch. Either can cause the issue your having. If the fuse is bad, check the vent and make sure the temperature is cycling on and off. If it does not cycle, you will need to order and replace the main board in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
