Hello! You will have to disconnect power. Remove the two mounting screws holding the element. Carefully pull the element out until you can get to the wire terminals. Unplug the wires from old element and plug them into the new element. Re-install the element to the back wall. Don't forget to reconnect the power. Hope this helps!
