I felt very comfortable with the repair after watching the video detailing the repair on the site. During the repair the video host makes careful note of making sure you don't allow the wiring to slip into the insulation. Trust me folks, it can easily happen. One of the element wires almost slipped into the insulation during my repair. Aside from that, the installation went off without a hitch! I know I easily saved $200 bucks doing it myself instead of calling a repairman.
