Kathy Scott April 07, 2016 for Model Number kbfs20etss01 Part # 12656018 I am replacing I can not get the arm at the back of frig to come off. How can I do it?
1 Answer Kathy, If you have the endcap pulled forward and out then you would just continue to rotate the whole assembly to the left to get it to release from the back wall. If you got the entire assembly out then you would unclip the back part and rotate it to get the arm out of the slot. Once the arm is out of the slot then you would push the clips for the arm that runs front to back and lift out the arm and rotate it to get it off the slide. Read More...
Barbara U January 04, 2016 for Model Number MFI2067AEB3 The small protrusion that holds the right. Side of the long drawer broke off. So I removed the large piece attached to the wall of the refrigerator. In doing so. I found out the horizontal small piece was attached to right angles to the larger side piece. Now, I can't figure out how to reinstall the slinder slider that adjusts the air flow to the drawers. To make matters worse, I lost my screws.I hope I don't have to spend a fortune to get this apparatus back together.
1 Answer Barbara, On the slider, you will clip it into place and the long rail you would slide over top of the slider and twist it into place to clip it into the back of the endcap. It will only go one way. Once you have it back in place the rear slide will go into the long slider you just put on and rotate and clip into place. Unfortunately there are no other instructions for doing this repair. Read More...

Robin January 07, 2015 for Model Number ABC2037DPS I replaced the shelf that holds the two crisper drawers. Upon arrival I've noticed it doesn't include the metal support bar on the shelf. Nor the rubber gaskets that run along the front of the shelf for the crispers. Are the parts available. IF not, can these parts be removed from the original shelf to be used in the newer model?
1 Answer Hello Robin! Yes, the parts are available separate. They can also be removed from the original and installed on the new shelf as well. If needed, the crisper brace is part number WP12227304WD and front trim is part number WPW10231346. The rear crisper seal is part number WP67002513 and front crisper seal is part number WP67003417. Kelly P December 06, 2014 for Model Number Kbla20emss kitchen aid Hello, will this part work for my kitchen aid? Left side only is needed. Little hinge broke off. Does the part come with directions for installation? Thanks! Very helpful website!
1 Answer Kelly, The part number for the left side end cap is [AP443821]. To replace you will need to remove the crisper drawers and the cover for the pantry assembly. Also remove the pantry drawer. There will be 3 screws that are 1/4" hexhead that will need to be removed to get the end cap off. Once the endcap is off there will be 2 screws holding the rail on. you will need to extend the rail to see them through an opening on the rail. Read More...
