Rich, no facade part number WP67004284 is not listed for your Maytag refrigerator. The facade listed for your model is part number 61005499 however, it has been discontinued. The white facade is currently still avaialble for purchase, part number 61005498. Thanks!

Dave, Based on your post, the best bet would be to replace the facade WP67004284 and the control board WP67003817 (or at least have it handy, it sounds like you may need it as well). It's not that hard a repair to make, " Dispenser Facade (some models) 1. Remove drip tray by pulling it straight out from door. 2. Remove two hex screws at the bottom of facade that were hidden by drip tray. 3. Push down on facade to release retainer clips. 4. Remove facade and disconnect ten pin connector from control board. 5. Reverse procedure to reassemble." I think you'll be a lot happier in the end.

Hello Rick. Yes, you can install an insert WP67004151 into the facade, but if you do not do it properly, it will not look right. It does fit the unit. Hope this helps.
