Michael May 16, 2013 for Model Number RAB3132DW0 My agitator keeps lifting up and coming off. I've looked at the part diagram. The bottom of my agitator has little pieces of plastic that go all around the base (look like separate teeth) a few of them are broken off. Do you think this is the cause? If I buy the replacement part do you think it will work?
1 Answer Michael, When you take off the cap on the agitator there is a bolt that holds the agitator in place. You will want to make sure that this bolt is in place and tightened down. The little pieces of plastic that are broken could be the cause but the bolt is the most common. Read More...

If the bolt isn't loose, the agitator hole in the agitator itself (being plastic) is probably wallowed out. This would require the replacement of the agitator 387838.
