Steve March 24, 2011 It used to snap on and off of the lower agitator(For the past 16 years). Now it is very loose. The bolt is not loose or missing.
1 Answer Hello Steve. You will need to check the upper agitator and the lower agitator to see which is stripped and replace the broken portion. If the upper agiator is stripped only, you will need WP63753. If it is the lower agitator you will need 387838 which includes the upper portion. Thanks! Read More...
Steve March 23, 2011 When this part falls off during the spin cycle is it bad or is the lower agitator the problem?
1 Answer Hello Steve! If you remove the top agitator cap down inside the lint filter/upper agitator should be a bolt, this secures the upper agitator to the lower agitator and holds the two items secure in place. Check around the tub to see if you notice the bolt floating anywhere or if it is missing. The agitator bolt is part number WP358237 if you need it. Hope this helps! Read More...
1 Answer Hello. Check and make sure the holes in the agitator are not clogged. Hope this helps. Read More...
