Rschrunk July 14, 2023 for Model Number WTW8500DC0 Washer fills up with water tubspins and drains , but I dont ever see agitator spin on bottom..the drum goes through a cycle where it rocks back and fourth but agitator just goes with it.. seems like it should spin independent..I dont think clothes get clean as before.

Gregory June 17, 2023 for Model Number 110.26132411 My washer is approximately 3 years old. Recently it has been making a knocking noise which has progressed to premature stoppage leaving clothes wet. I found the agitator difficult to rotate so I removed the the agitator plate and didn't find anything obstructing the movement. The gear box shaft was still difficult (stiff) to turn. I intent to order a gearcase, is there anything else that could prevent the gearcase shaft from free movement and do I need any else besides the spanner wrench to ease in the gearbox replacement?

Joel June 09, 2023 for Model Number WTW8040DW2 I have successfully uninstalled and reinstalled the new gearcase for my Cabrio. The problem is that even when fully seated and bolted up to the bottom of the tub the threads near the top of the driveshaft do not come through the tub so I’m unable to reinstall the spanner nut. Have I done something wrong?
