This oven door hinge supports the door and controls its movement. Replacing a worn hinge restores smooth opening and closing and helps the door seal properly against the gasket for accurate temperatures and safer operation.

  • Supports and pivots the oven door during opening and closing
  • Provides closing force to help the door seal against the gasket
  • Helps maintain correct door alignment
  • Common symptoms of a worn hinge: door won't close fully or sits uneven, drops/slams or won't stay partially open, heat loss or long preheat, squeaking
What's included: 1 door hinge Install notes:
  • Disconnect electrical power; for gas ranges, also shut off the gas supply. Allow the oven to cool completely
  • Support the door; hinges are spring-loaded—use caution when releasing/engaging hinge locks if equipped
  • Transfer any original mounting screws/brackets as needed
  • For best results, replace both door hinges together to maintain even alignment
