I replaced the hinge due to the hinge spring breaking. To replace the hinge you do the following:
1. Disconnect power to stove, either at circuit box or at outlet.
2. Lift door off of outside hinge arms ; no screws are used to attach the door to the hinge
3. Remove two screw on under side of cook top, one on each side.
4. Disconnect cook top connector.
5. Lift cook top off
6. Remove screws from top rail of stove that hold the side panel.
