Lennel May 28, 2014 for Model Number WTW5840SW0 The Water going into the Machine all not stop at it selected position "small, Med, Large ect... the water Just keep on flowing. What could be the problem? The water control switch? Please let me know so that I can order the part and repair the machine so that my wife can be happy again and I can get out of the "DOG" house and go fishing. Thank you.
1 Answer Hello Lennel. If you can stop the water from entering the machine by turning off the timer or unplugging the unit, you will need to look for a bad pressure hose or replace the pressure switch. If the only way to shut off the water is at the shut off for the water hoses, you will need to replace the water valve in the unit. Read More...
Keith H April 06, 2014 for Model Number mvwc500vw1 When starting to fill the washer with water, it will run the water and cut off. Then I will cut the machine off and restart each time until full is it the water level hose or the switch thank you
1 Answer Keith, Based on the information you will want to check the lid switch to make sure that it is good. If the unit fills but then will not go into agitate and does not sound like it is trying to then the switch would be the most likely issue. Read More...

Teri July 24, 2012 for Model Number wtw6600sw2 get an F1 error code when trying to wash on Normal cycle, pushed pause/cancel then start to get the same error code again. Washer will wash on bulky items; have to push start 3 times to get it to make it through the first cycle to finish the wash. do you think its the pressure hose or maybe the control board?
1 Answer Teri, The F1 error indicates an issue in the Pressure switch signal circuit. The first thing to do is disconnect the air tube WP353244 from the back of the control board and blow in the end to clear any debris that may be in the hose. Check the wiring connections, at the control board and the RPS sensor on the motor. If all's OK, then replace the control board WPW10189966 Read More...
