A.D. The part number for the lower and upper oven selector knob is 318165310, the upper oven thermostat knob is 316019163 and the lower oven thermostat knob is 316019166. The burner knobs are part number 318017010. The clock knob is 318036210.

Like Jim in the answer/quest. section, I also have the figure 8 shape that my knob has to fit onto. My knobs ordered also had the D shape.. Even the cross reference brings up this knob. Do you stock the figure 8 knob ? And how do I return the wrong parts? Thank You, Sandy

I have an older Jenn Air cook top with 4 knobs that look exactly like your part number AP4290230, except that mine fit a figure 8 shaft rather than a D-shaft. Do you have any similar-looking knobs that will fit a figure 8 shaft? Thanks

Hello Jim, I'm sorry but there are so many configurations we cannot guarantee any knobs will fit and operate properly if we cannot look them up by the units' model number from its' I.D. tag. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Control Knobs for ID'd Stove not available. Your AP 4290230 looks like it would fit my needs. I have a 1/4 in D shaft. Looking into the bottom of my switch shaft cavity with "OFF" facing me, the flat of the D is on my right. Does your control knob have the same configuration? Will it fit properly? Thank you, Rod B

Hello Rod. Sorry, we can only advise the knobs that your model calls for. WP307620W and 307621W are the only ones not discontinued.

Sean, Unfortunately we have no way of being able to say that a Whirlpool part will work for your stove top. The shafts could be different and may not work but we do not have that information.

The chrome foil is peeling off the plastic knobs that have all cracked. One has broken completely and will no longer stay on the stem of the gas burners. Are there more durable ceramic knobs that I can replace these cheap plastic ones with?

Have six burner knobs on my cooktop. Black knobs. Top has Hi Low markings with 1 through 10 on top of knob. Bottom has two straight edges and two rounded edges. From your photos I can find a look alike top, but bottom of photo is not clear and cannot see if two rounded edges. What do you recommend? Thanks

Cheryl, the thermostat knob listed for your model, part number WB3X482, has been discontinued and is no longer available. We do, however, have a universal electric knob kit, part number TJKN002, that contains a thermostat knob. You can use the adapters to adapt the knob to your range. Hope this helps. Thanks.
