Ken January 23, 2018 for Model Number NTW4605EW0 This washer's lid switch will just lock the lid down sometimes when not in use. If you unplug it for a short time, it opens and will work properly. This is intermittent as this may not happen again for a couple days. The washer never fails to work after you unplug and "reset" the machine. Thanks

I followed your very good video and when I took the old Lid Latch out it was part W10238287. The new Lid Latch assembly installed just fine, but the machine still does not work.
