Sid, The beep when the button is pressed, indicates the control board recognizes the button, so the issue would be in the relay for the cooktop lights, it's probably stuck closed, causing the lights to remain on all the time. to repair the microwave, you'll need to replace the control board WP8172054.

Hi Robin, The correct bulb for your model is 8206232A. First disconnect the unit from power or flip the breaker off to avoid electrical shock. The bulb will twist out counterclockwise. Sometimes you can take a raw potato or stuff the end of a rag or washcloth in the socket and twist it out. If not, you will need to get some needle nose pliers and basically crimp in the edges of old bulb base and twist it until it comes out. Be careful not to damage the socket in doing so. Hope this helps! Thanks!

Hello Victor. It is not easy, but can be done. You have to remove the outer cover to replace the bulb. Sorry, but we do not offer service at this time. We can not estimate service charges. Thank you!
