Arek, There's more involved than just the spark module WPW10331686 It could also be due to a faulty regulator gas valve WP9763716 here's some help: First thing, check and make sure the power cord is attached to a properly polarized and grounded 120 VAC outlet. A proper ground is very important for the range to operate properly. Then you'll need to make several tests at the gas distribution valve. You'll need a multi meter to test voltage and resistances. At the valve body terminals, with the wires labeled and remove from the middle terminal to each of the outer terminals, you should read 215 ohms resistance. With the wires reconnected, when you select the bake cycle, you should have a reading of 8 to 18 VDC across the red and orange wires. When you make a broil selection you should have the same 8 to 18 VDC,across the orange and blue wires. If you don't receive the VDC at the gas valve, the module is at fault, if you have the VDC at the valve, then the valve is the most likely issue.

Hello Jill, You will want to check your oven safety valve. Check the resistance from broil to common and from bake to common. You should read 216 ohms of resistance. If you have proper resistance then the ignitor would be the problem.

Hello Chris, You will want to do a resistance check on the safety valve. The resistance should be from bake to common and from broil to common 216 ohms. You have 2 ignitors in the oven, one for broil and one for bake. If both units are not working and the ignitors are sparking then more than likely it is the oven safety valve WPW10293048. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Hello. The spark module's job is to send a spark to the burner to ignite the gas when you turn the knob. The module cannot be repaired but it can be replaced. Thanks!

Hello Karen, The oven off switch being bad could be caused by loose ribbon cable to the clock or bad membrane touch pad. For the issue of the unit not getting hotter than 300 you will want to check your oven sensor to make sure it is not bad. Oven sensor should ohm out at around 1100 ohms at room temperature. If the sensor is higher than this then you will want to replace the sensorWPW10131825. You would also want to ensure that the coils on you gas valve are good. You should read 216 ohms between Bake and common on the valve and between broil and common. If you are not getting these readings then the valve WP9763716 should be replaced.
