Alice, it would be recommended that error codes are checked for in the diagnostic mode as found in the tech sheet under the top panel. If there is not an error code, the main control W10671327 would be the most likely failure.

Marian, the water valve and thermistor assembly W11210459 would need to be tested. At room temperature, the thermistor should have a resistance reading of 40 to 50 Ohms. The valve solenoids would need to be tested for voltage when set to warm. The hot water and cold water connections should receive 120VAC as cold or hot water is needed to reach the necessary temperature. If either valve does not receive voltage and the thermistor tested good, then the failure would be in the main control W11170319.

Hello William, you need to run the diagnostic test mode to see what problem the control board sees and is then canceling the cycle. Your model came with the Tech sheet,it is located behind the front panel up near the top in a plastic bag, it will let you run all the tests and the fault code in the control board's memory.

Hello Mary, You should pull the tech sheet and check for fault codes stored in the control. The tech sheet can be accessed by raising the main top and opening the ziplock baggie affixed to the inside of the main front panel. Be sure to return it to this location when done so it can be easily located in the future if needed.

Hello Tim, if the washer completes the wash cycle correctly but the control panel indicator lights will not turn off or restart the cycle then the control board is at fault. W10484688.

Greg, This unit has a pressure switch and if the unit is overfilling then this will most likely be an issue with the pressure switch on the unit. The part number for the water level switch will be W10339334.
