Tommy, with the power supply to the wall oven turned off, it would be recommended that the bake circuit is tested at the oven control board. From the yellow wire at the terminal labeled BK to the red double wire labeled DLB, there should be about a 20O resistance seen. If the resistance is within 10%, the failure would be in the oven control 74001405. Unfortunately, the oven control has been discontinued and is no longer available.

Hello Deb. First you need to test the oven sensor. Turn the power off the the range. Pull it out so you can get behind and remove the rear cover panel to expose the sensor harness and quick connector plug. Inspect the plug, make sure it's not burnt. Disconnect it and using the multimeter (Set to Ohms reading) the resistance of the oven sensor by inserting probes into the plug . A good sensor at room temperature should read approx. 1050-1100 ohms. To open the oven door you need to remove the cooktop. Using the 1/4 inch nut driver take out the screw in the corner under the top on each side above the door. Pull the top forward and rase it. Now you have an access to the door latch assembly. Remove it and open the door. If you need to replace the oven sensor you can do it now. The door latch assembly is no longer available, the same as the control board/clock. The oven sensor is p/n AP4009009. Thank you and good luck.
