Wendy June 02, 2023 for Model Number kuix505ess1 Hi. The machine is making ice (though smaller and cloudy), but the water will drain out (or be pulled out) of the pan periodically resulting in very little water getting pulled up onto the chill plate. Would this be a pump issue? It sounds like the pump is struggling. Water is getting to the reservoir, just doesn't seem to stay there long enough to make the clear ice and correct thickness.

Carlton Moore May 01, 2020 for Model Number KUIC15NHZS0 Water not flowing across freeze plate. Replaced pump and had to tap on it to make it run. Ice maker will run and make ice until full but will not turn on. I can tap on it with the screwdriver handle and it will run. I removed the pump thinking it was an alignment problem and reinstalled but it is still doing the same thing.
