The machine is making ice (though smaller and cloudy), but the water will drain out (or be pulled out) of the pan periodically resulting in very little water getting pulled up onto the chill plate. Would this be a pump issue? It sounds like the pump is struggling. Water is getting to the reservoir, just doesn't seem to stay there long enough to make the clear ice and correct thickness.
