Carlton Moore for Model Number KUIC15NHZS0 Water not flowing across freeze plate. Replaced pump and had to tap on it to make it run. Ice maker will run and make ice until full but will not turn on. I can tap on it with the screwdriver handle and it will run. I removed the pump thinking it was an alignment problem and reinstalled but it is still doing the same thing.
