Bert November 14, 2013 for Model Number GHW9100 Duet washer GHW9100LW2 was working fine but suddenly the front user interface assembly didn't light up at all. I replaced the assembly and while it was pulled out from the wall, all lights came on. I was hopeful to wash a load. Once the washer was pushed backed into place, the lights went out and the machine would not work.
1 Answer Hello Bert. Look for a loose connection or bad wire. If all is good, check the outlet. Read More...

Myra October 14, 2013 The green start button on my Whirlpool Cabrio button is lit up but when I push it , it wont start the washer. What part do I need?
1 Answer Hello ,yra. If the button does not feel like it is contacting and checks bad, replace the interface. If it feels correct and checks good, check the lid switch. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Karen August 22, 2013 for Model Number GHW9100 The Green Start button was not working. We took the panel apart and the little plastic part that is behind the button and gets depressed (which acts like a spring) is broken. What is that part number? thanks
Michaela May 28, 2013 for Model Number GHW9100LW1 Hi. My washer stopped working in mid stream of a load. I thought maybe it was unbalance, so I hit restart back up.... Worked for short time and is stopped now. In the mean time, someone pushed the start button several times where it is jammed and now stuck. So at this time the button is unable to make contact with control panel. I do not know what code came up originally since my roommate saw it and didn't write it down. Now I can not recall it. Washer also has standing water in it right now. Was able to pull manual release to get close out. Currently washer displays 11 minutes left on washing cycle. Helppppp. Thank you, kindest regards. Michaela
1 Answer Hello Michaela. The first thing you will need to fix is the button issue. If the buttin is not broke, but the interface is, you will need to replace the interface. If the unit will start, but will not drain after you fix the interface, you may have a clogged pump or hose, or the pump may need to be replaced. Read More...
