Julie May 14, 2017 for Model Number MER5775QAW We purchased new racks for the oven directly from Maytag. The new racks are about a 1/2 inch to long and prevent the door from fully closing. (the end of the rack hits the window). Maytag will not do anything as they say it is the correct racks for the oven. The racks we have measure 24 x 16 1/2. We would need racks that measure 24 x 16 or 15 3/4 in order for them to work properly. Can you recommend racks that will fit.
1 Answer Julie, The oven racks that meet the dimension you supplied are TJ1802G35 / TJ1802G35 These are "universal' oven racks and are used in several different brands and models. Unfortunately the parts are no longer available at AppliancePartsPros.com. You may want to contact local parts dealers, one of them might still have it in stock. Enter your part number in a search engine, a smaller company might have it, try eBay, Amazon or similar sites, search by using the manufacturers part number. You can also try a used appliance store, sometimes they have the same model or usable part for your machine. Read More...
David February 08, 2017 for Model Number Jenn Air JGR8885RDP Hello, can you please confirm that this part # AP6011061 (inner rack) will fit in my Jenn Air JGR8885RDP? I've seen some that look like they'd fit, but they are not the same and the door wont close properly as a result of the bends in the sides of the racks. Thank you Dave
1 Answer Hello David. You will need to order WP74008763 for the oven rack needed for the unit. Read More...

Aug August 22, 2015 for Model Number MER5775RAQ I'm cross checking to make sure this rack will fit my oven, but you only show a MERS775RAQ and not my MER5775RAQ. Can you confirm that your crosscheck list is supposed to be a "5" and not the "S" as you have it? Thanks Sears lists the 5775 but I'm hoping to save some with you.
1 Answer Hello Aug, I looked up the part on our site and found WP74008763 as the correct replacement rack for the model number (MER5775RAQ) you provided. Read More...
Dwayne G January 02, 2014 for Model Number Elextralux PLCF489CCD Our oven racks keep falling down. Do you have a rack slightly larger than the one that came with it? I think it is 23x14.5.
1 Answer Dwayne, Unfortunately if the oven racks are falling down it normally means that the oven liner has warped and we would not have racks that are larger to fit in this unit. Read More...
Jill November 01, 2012 You mentioned the 'canning' effect in an oven, where the rack slips out of place and falls to the bottom of the oven. Well my problem is worse, in that the racks do not fit at all anymore - hot or cold the racks are suddenly too narrow! This is a 5 year old range with the problem just now happening. WHAT can I do??
1 Answer Hello Jill. If the oven cavity is not offered, then you will have to replace the unit. If you can order the oven cavity, you can replace that part. Read More...
Matthew September 13, 2012 for Model Number MER5765RAS The oven rack don't seem to fit and I was about to order a replacement, but wanted to double check. I see in the post that this has been a problem before and didnt know if there was a different solution. The Model number is MER5765RAS. Thanks for the help.
1 Answer Hello Matthew! We can not guarantee replacing the oven rack will correct your issue as the oven rack we have available is the original rack supplied for your unit from the manufacturer and will be the same size as your current rack. If you are too having the expansion issue with the cavity you will need to contact the manufacturer to see if they can offer any type of repair assistance. Thanks. Read More...
