Julie for Model Number MER5775QAW We purchased new racks for the oven directly from Maytag. The new racks are about a 1/2 inch to long and prevent the door from fully closing. (the end of the rack hits the window). Maytag will not do anything as they say it is the correct racks for the oven. The racks we have measure 24 x 16 1/2. We would need racks that measure 24 x 16 or 15 3/4 in order for them to work properly. Can you recommend racks that will fit.

Unfortunately the parts are no longer available at AppliancePartsPros.com. You may want to contact local parts dealers, one of them might still have it in stock. Enter your part number in a search engine, a smaller company might have it, try eBay, Amazon or similar sites, search by using the manufacturers part number.
