Hello Diana, The bail arm raises during the cycle and lowers after harvest. If the ice level is high enough to hold the bail arm up, it stops further ice production. If it drops all the way down, the icemaker well cycle again. It can also be raised manually until it clicks. This will turn the icemaker off until it is manually flipped back down.

Hello Bill. If it is not cycling, you can just remove the icemaker and thaw them in the sink. If you jump T and H on the module, and it cycles, it should dump the cubes if the motor or gear is not bad.

Matt, Unfortunately you cannot replace just the mold of the icemaker and would need to replace the entire icemaker assembly. The Part number to replace for the icemaker is D7824706Q.
