Donna P. March 01, 2012 for Model Number MDB4100AWB The door gasket appears to be OK, but the dishwasher is leaking. Actually it is dripping on the bottom right hand corner. Could it be something other than the door gasket?
1 Answer Hello Donna. Check and make sure there is not to much soap inside the tub assembly. Try running the dishwasher empty and open the door and see if there is alot of suds inside the unit. If so, the suds are causing the unit to leak. If there is no suds, you will need to remove the toe panel and see if the water is leaking from the gasket. You can use a flashlight to watch for the leak and see where it is coming from. If the gasket is leaking, replace the gasket WP902894. Hope this helps. Read More...

Cliff H January 05, 2012 for Model Number DWU8250AAX I HAVE PURCHASED A GASKET FOR MY DISHWASHER BECAUSE IT LEAKS CAN YOU EXPLAIN IN DETAIL HOW TO REMOVE THE OLD GASKET AND REPLACE THE NEW ONE. IM NOT VERY GOOD AT REPAIR AND AM LOOKING FOR ALL THE HELP I CAN GET AND TRYING TO SAVE A SERVICE CALL
1 Answer Cliff, It's a simple procedure, first, make a note or mark the tub at the ends of the gasket on the bottom of the tub opening. Grasp the end of the gasket on either side of the tub and slowly pull the gasket out of the channel formed in the tub front. Start at one end/side of the tub and press the new gasket into the channel, Do Not, stretch or twist the new gasket during the installation and you want to use a small , flat metal or plastic tool to press in and firmly install and seat the gasket in the channel. Good Luck and Thanks Read More...
