The hook-ups are in properly; do you think this is a problem with the water temp sensor, or something else?
1 Answer Hello Julie. Test for power to the cold water valve. If there is power there, and no cold water, you will need to replace the water valve in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
