However in the process of pulling out the agitator and the clothes mover assembly we do not recall how this washer (AP3020663) is supposed to sit on the clothes mover. Which end is up?

Jose April 20, 2011 for Model Number LSQ8243HQ0 When washing the top part of the agitator doesn't move. If you pull the top up a bit, then the dogs catch. When I took it apart I saw that the Thrust spacer washer was not inside. Do you think I just need that or should I just get the whole thing?
1 Answer Hello Jose! If the thrust spacer WP3951608 is missing you can replace that only. You should also replace the cam kit 285809 since the upper part of the agitator is not agitating as it should. This will repair the issue. Thanks! Read More...
