J Ray, The place to start is the water temperature switch WP8577786, and check the wiring harness routed between the temperature switch and the delay control timer W10860734, mounted on the back of the regular timer. Barbara, Yes the ITW4300SQ model number is an "Inglis" heavy duty extra large capacity washing machine produced by Whirlpool Corp. You are probably located in Canada, that's where the majority of this brand washer is located and sold. If the washer will not spin/drain and only hums, the likelihood of a faulty clutch is very low. If the washer will fill and agitate, it's most likely a fault in the timer W10199989 if the washer neither agitates or spin/drain, and only hums then it's more likely a motor 661600 issue.
