Bob July 26, 2011 for Model Number DUL200PKB1 I have the thermal fuse (ap3115186) how do I get it out of the control board? Also, the instruction sheet does not tell me this information. What part is the console ? Thanks!
1 Answer Hi Bob. The thermal fuse is located in the control panel on the back of the circuit board. The control panel is on top of the door where you press for commands. You will need to take the screws from the inside of the door out to access the panel circuit board. The thermal fuse is clipped in place on the board housing. Make sure that you use the wiring harness that may come with the fuse kit part # 675813. Thank you. Read More...

Ruth C June 26, 2011 for Model Number gu98oscgt2 Could the contol panel be bad also ? how do you check to see if panel is bad.
1 Answer Ruth, Have you replaced the thermal fuse, yet ? It is possible for both the fuse and control board to be damaged, but rare. Once you bypass the fuse or replace it, you'll need to check for 120 VAC at terminals P7(white wire) and P8 (tan wire) on the control board, with a multi meter and go from there. Good Luck.
