Ken May 16, 2011 for Model Number gu940scggo What would cause my dishwasher to only work on the china cycle? Now, it has the china light on, but only filled with water, then quit totally.
1 Answer Hello Ken. You will need to check and make sure the ribbon cable is clean and dry. If so, you will need to replace the control panel 8051707. If the unit will not light up any of the light and is completely dead, you will need to test the thermal fuse 675813. It should read closed for continuity. You can test this with a multi-meter MA-DM1. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...

1 Answer Hello Dukes! The thermal fuse 675813 is located behind the control panel. It is attached to a couple of wires. Once the control panel is removed you should be able to see this part. Thanks. Read More...
Benny W. April 18, 2011 for Model Number DU940PWKS1 The dryer stays on all the time and will not turn off at the end of the cycle. This causes the washer to get extremlly hot even melting some items inside the washer. What can cause this?
1 Answer Hello Benny! The electronic board WP8530929 supplies the voltage to the heating element. If the relay on the board has gone out, the element will stay on. Hope this helps! Read More...
Guest March 15, 2011 for Model Number 66513599K600 I am try to figure out what to order and all the pictures are not helping. I believe my problem is in the micro-switches that are attached to the latch. I get power to one side (power in side) but with the door closed it is not transfering power to the other switch (power out to control panel). When I look I can find all the parts except the micro-switch and any assembly I have looked at does not look like what I pulled off the dishwasher.
1 Answer Hello! The latch is WP3380854. The lever in black is WP3380778 and the lever is biscuit is WP3380778. The microswitches that connect to this latch/lever is 4318273. Hope this helps! Read More...
