Old Frank April 26, 2012 for Model Number MSD2572VEB01 Fridge door stays where it is when opened. I tilted fridge to help gravity close but doesn't quite help. How do I adjust to fix? I see there is some sort of cam on the parts list. Thank You for a respnse.
1 Answer Frank, If You've already raised the front feet 1/8 to 1/4 in. and the issue persists, you'll want to replace the closer and cam on both doors and lube them with silicone based grease, 4318165 and WP26594P Good Luck and Thanks Read More...
