Ron, you'll need to inspect both cams and replace the defective part. The lower cam is part of the hinge part number WP2208137 and the upper cam is part number WP2182179. Thanks!

Susan, You will want to first check for a frozen fill tube on the unit. When you pull the icemaker out check to make sure that there is no ice build up in the fill tube which would cause not water to flow. If the fill tube is clear the pull the motor module off the icemaker to check for burn marks on the module. Also check the large gear on the front to make sure that the pins in the middle of it are not pushed together and that they are not broken.

Hello Simon, There is not a bushing to raise door up. You will need to pull the lower grill off the unit and adjust unit using the adjustment screws. The doors will line up when unit is adjusted.

Hello George. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the door cam WP2182179 is bad and will need to be replaced. It is best to replace the bottom with the top cam.
