Ron, If the fans are running but the compressor is not then you will want to check to see if there is power to the overload relay. There should be 120 vac. If there is not then this would be a control board issue W11436574 and if there is then the overload relay W11092533 would need to be replaced.

Ken, First check to make sure the doors close and seal properly, there are no articles hanging over the edges of the shelves or door bins, Check for large or several open containers with fluid(s). If the problem returns or persists, then replace the ADC(adaptive defrost control) Board.

Hello Reinell. It sounds like you may have a defrost problem with the unit. Check and see if there is any frost build up on the evaporator coils in the freezer. If so, you will need to test the defrost heater and the defrost thermostat. They should read closed for continuity when cold. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. I will include a link at the end to assist you how to use the multi-meter if needed. If both parts are good, you will need to replace the defrost timer. Michael, With the unit sticking in defrost then the most common cause would be the adaptive defrost board. The part number for this board is 4388931.
