Greg January 25, 2013 for Model Number Rf376pxyq 4 Installed new part and the range still doesn't work.
1 Answer Hello Greg, The first thing you should do is check the power supply. If the unit isn't getting 240Vac, it can never operate properly. If the breaker, receptacle, and terminal block all check out, items that should be checked include the clock, selector switch, door lock assembly, thermostat, and associated wiring. This will need to be checked with a test meter to determine the exact cause. The issue can be further narrowed down by seeing if the broil works. The tech sheet should be located on the back or bottom of the drawer or on the inside of the cabinet on one side or the other hidden by the drawer. Read More...

Susan August 14, 2012 for Model Number RB265PXK-1 My wall oven is several years old. The bottom element needs to be replaced. The identification plate on the front of the oven lists two different kilowatts and volts. May I assume the top ID is for the broiler element and the bottom ID # is for the bake element. The bottom ID numbers indicate 240 volts Kilowatts 5.6 What part number would I order for this part. I measured the prongs that enter the back of the stove and they are approx. 2 inches. I assume there is more length behind the wall of the oven.
