John D. July 31, 2013 for Model Number MDB7749SBM02 We recently bought Whirlpool dishwasher, model MDB7749SBM02. We wrongly assumed that the upper rack is adjustable, but it is not. Is there a part I can buy to make the top rack adjustable so that the water can be kept from standing as much on the glasses and mugs in the upper rack? (I realize that this unit comes with only one adjuster wheel on two sides of the upper rack, but I believe other Whirlpool models come with two adjuster wheels. I am thinking that if I could buy one of those I could keep one on one side at its original height, but put the one on the other side at another height. Does this make sense, and would this be possible? If not, do you please have any other suggestions that might help?
