1Snowblower V-Belt

If the rubber on the friction ring is worn thin, you'll need to replace it with a new one. The friction ring has to grip the drive plate tightly to spin it. Check the rubber for smoothness - any cracks or bald spots mean it's worn out. Wiping off dirt, water, or grease can help. But an overly worn friction ring needs replacement so it can properly grab the drive plate again and get the wheels turning.
