Roper Washer Bracket & Flange

I started with the suspension pad kit and the tub suspension pads. I do have to say if you have an older model washer (mine is approx 17 years old) be prepared to let the inner tub sit in penetrating oil for a few days before attempting to take the tub out. In the end, with a new coupler. But I relearned old lessons the hard way. The washer is in a rental unit and the tenant complained of no spin. My first intuition was that the coupler failed again because I bought a cheaper one elsewhere a couple of years ago and not the brand name available here at AppliancePartsPros. Prior to ordering parts I had pulled the pump strainer basket and cleaned it out. There was both soft and hard scale build up. The tub-to-pump hose was also pretty crusty/slimey. Still got warnings for SUDS and repeated F02 errors. Ordered parts and replaced the pump, tub-to-pump hose, interior drain hose and exterior drain hose (both hoses has some slime build up).
