Replace a missing, stripped, or damaged screw on your lawn mower or outdoor power equipment. Standard hardware piece for secure assembly and mounting.
Usually ships within 4 - 14 days
This is an oval c-sunk screw commonly used in mowers and snowblowers to help secure the throttle housing to the upper handle. If there is a problem with the screw, it should be replaced to ensure the proper function of the machine. The screw is made from metal and it should last a long time. However, there could be several reasons to replace the screw. It might become lost when working on other parts of the machine. The threads could be stripped, or the head of the screw could start to wear away or corrode over time. Replacement of this piece is usually fast and easy, but it can depend on the location of the screw. The oval c-sunk screw will work with models of machines from MTD, Mastercut, Husky, Western Sun, Lawn Hawk, Wizard, Servistar, and Tradesman. The screw is sold individually. It is a genuine OEM replacement part.

With small gasoline-powered tools that require control panels, this hex screw attaches the panel to the handles of the tools. Machined to be durable, important screws such as these take a real beating. In their locations at critical points on the handle, the hex screws are considered "wear items," and thus periodically, they must be replaced. The control panel itself is often a location of extreme forces, jostling, and abrupt movement in unpredictable directions. The constant movement, with sheet metal rubbing against the hex screws from every direction, make wear inevitable. The manufacturers recommend that spare screws of this type be kept on hand if the heavy use of the equipment is expected. Among the gasoline-powered tools that use these screws are snowblowers, yard tractors, mowers, tiller, chippers, shredders, and other tools requiring hand-maneuvered levers. These screws are compatible with a number of equipment brands and manufacturers, including MTD, Ryobi, Poulan, Yard-Man, Bolens, Troy-Bilt, and Yard Machines.

Snow not throwing properly? A worn auger shaft prevents the auger from turning effectively. This shaft restores proper rotation for smooth snow removal.
This replacement part is an input shaft for lawnmowers. The input shaft transfers torque from the clutch disk to the countershaft allowing for the lawnmower to switch gears. If the mower is no longer shifting properly, the input shaft might need to be replaced. Luckily replacing an input shaft is a relatively simple process. Before beginning, make sure that the mower engine has cooled. Open the hood cover, and locate the gearbox. Remove the mounting screws that attach the gearbox to the mower. Once removed, remove the gearbox and locate the damaged input shaft. Using a pipe wrench remove the old shaft by rotating it till it comes undone. Once removed, rethread the new input shaft into its proper position. Reattach the gearbox to the mower. After replacing, make sure to power the mower to see if the gears switch properly. This genuine OEM part is sold individually and is compatible with MTD brand lawnmowers.
