Mike T Diana , TX September 30, 2016 Appliance: Samsung Refrigerator RF263BEAESR/AA-0000 The ice bucket was cracked in several places After shopping online for a replacement I chatted with a lady at Appliance Parts Pros. Samsung refrigerators have so many model numbers and it is difficult without help to determine just which part you need. The lady who helped was tremendous. The part arrived in just a few days. It was the correct part even though it looked a little different. When I unpacked it (it was packed very well) I noticed a plate that came with it, that I had no idea where it went. I called Appliance Parts Pro, but as I talked to them I figured out the plate went inside the refrigerator. It was easy to remove the old plate (two screws) and put the new plate in. Easy repair. The ice bucket was engineered a little different on the inside but I think this will make it easier to dispense ice. Thanks Appliance Parts Pros for your help. I will call on you again. Removed old locking bracket and replaced with new (only had to remove/reinstall 2 screws) and installed new Ice Tray assembly. Took less than 3 minutes to complete the job.
