Samsung DA97-05240E Assy Shelf-Ref Fold;Aw-Pjt,Delete Print OEM Part

At first, I contacted the number listed in the manual to order the part, the customer service person was no help after 30 minutes of trying to explain what part I needed I think she got it, but then told me it would take 5-10 business days to get it, and they could not ship any faster. So, I cancelled the order and while I was on hold for her I searched the internet and was able to find your website called you had a diagram of the part I needed and it was shipped out the same day and I got it the next day.

Since this is not the first time that I have had to replace this flip-up/folding refrigerator shelf, my repair time was less than 3 minutes. This is a problematic shelf because it easily cracks at the shelf joint that is attached to the inside of the refrigerator. This is a simple repair, a task that even a young child with supervision can accomplish.

My 14 year old daughter fixed it for me! That's how easy it was. I think all she needed was an allen wrench.

Replaced the shelf. Took about 5 minutes. Nothing to it.

Replaced the old shelves and everything went smoothly. The most difficult part was getting the center piece of the old shelf because we needed to reuse it.
