James S Arcadia , FL December 16, 2016 Appliance: Model RF 197 ACPN/XAA Refrigerator not coooling Replaced the fan motor & (2) sensor temp harnesses. The cover inside the refrigerator was froze on initially so be careful. I took a hair dryer to defrost all the ice build up behind the cover which eventually loosen for removal. AppliancePartsPros has several videos with there parts online & very qualified personnel to help. If your having issues with this model shut it down for a minute and turn back on.
