Used the video with the parts and replaced the wheels. The only thing we did wrong was using the front wheel axle instead of the back wheel axle on the back wheels. I bought a new cooling motor and blade and installed it, everything seems to be working fine now, did not take that long to fix, maybe about 30 minutes, the longest part was trying to get the old fan off the old motor, finally had to cut it off with bolt cutters, I have a 12 year old LG Refrigerator 26930 double door, if you are handy its not that hard. Used the schematic provided to select the parts needing replacement and placed the order. Parts arrived and swapping new for old was simple. For the most part it was a matter of taking out the old and putting in the new. There were a few screws with wheels to replace but that was easy as well. Bought new leveling leg. Took longer to lay the appliance on the side and pick back up, than to install leg. Read more

Removed 2 screws from mullion strip heater and slid it up off the tabs at top and bottom. Unhooked the plug and removed it. Verified proper mullion heater and then plugged wiring connection back together, positioned slide clips back in line and slid mullion down onto the clips. Tucked the wiring back into opening positioned cover back in place and reiinstalled the 2 screws. The noise seemed to be caused by a vibration. The condenser fan motor seemed to have a vibration. I didn't need the fan blade as it came off in good condition. Read more

I determined that it was a problem that occurred during the defrost cycle by resetting the GFCI outlet and forwarding the defrost timer until the defroster came on. Once the defrosting began, the GFCI outlet would reliably trip. I took apart the shielding inside of the freezer and tested the defrosting without the heating element or the thermostat connected. Kenmore Elite refrigerator 795.77542600 Fixed by replacing crisper cover. The purchased crisper cover lacks the printed pictures and text that was present on the front of the original, but it was no big deal. The difficult part of the repair was transferring the (1) plastic humidity adjusters for vegetable/fruit drawer, (2) plastic crisper drawer covers, and (3) metal bar on front underside of crisper cover. Evaporator fan was loud and eventually quit. This allowed the freezer temp to rise above 18 deg. which they activated the PF code. Replacing the evaporator fan motor fixed the problems. Read more
