I ordered new latch and 2 new screws ( imagine not having the screws). I put latch in place and with a phillips screw driver attached 2 screws. Tada works like new. If the owner would have just done this herself, I wouldnt have a new set of infinity front loaders for under $300. So thrilled that I can get replacement parts for my appliances. Read more

Here's the story. All my appliances except the dryer broke. Yeah. talk about bad luck. First I tried to fix the refrigerator. Replaced both motherboard and inverter board. Now it wakes up but the compressor does not kick in. Need another part. The washer, well I have to pull out the sink to get enough room to pull out the washer to fix it. Replaced the hub nut, tub bearing split ring, tub seal, hub washer and agitator coupler. I watched multiple times the APP video. It was extremely helpful and I would not have attempted this without seeing the video. I had a lot of trouble getting the hub nut off. I used an 1 5/8" 6 point strike box wrench and a 4# hammer to get it off. I sprayed it with WD 40 5 or 6 times over of the course of a week to let it soak. I finally got it off. With help from appliance parts pros video, I was able to remove and replace the bearing/clutch assembly. While I had the assemble removed I remove the water pump cleaned and replaced it. The hoses were good and I did not need to replace them however I did not properly apply the hose clamp to the tub and it separated when I was ready to start it again.
