I had no hope of separating the panel from the frame without damaging the frame since the two parts were rusted pretty badly and the screws holding the panel to the frame were completely beyond salvage. Replaced bottom left front tub wheel to top rack. Rack rail is slightly bent because of fall. New part works fine with a slight stiffness to rail. problem resolved. Read more

I checked the AppliancePartsPros.com website to see if I could find the part. That was easy. And they had a great video on what to do (including the part on pressing out a couple of pins - I would never have figured that out). The latch broke on the Weds before Thanksgiving so I figured it may take a week or so to get the parts. Not so, even with basic shipping they arrive by that weekend. I researched on found 4 possibilities that could cause a leaky door. I ran some test and eliminated 2 of the causes. last 2 causes based on what I read would be the door gasket or the barrier shield. The door gasket appeared to be in good shape so I ordered the barrier shield This part is different from the original part and there was no way to hold it in place. I did some research online and figured out that I needed to replace the control module. I tried the other possible solutions first but they did not work. I ordered the part and it arrived in a few days. I had to remove the back panel on the door of the dishwasher with a screwdriver and Torx bit to access the module. Two screws held the module in place. There were numerous wires and plugs to change over. I did those one at a time to make sure I put them in the new module correctly. Once... Read more

Pulled dishwasher from under counter, disconnecting water supply pipe for access. Removed vent and fouled gasket and cleaned pieces with CLR. Reinstalled gasket, reconnected water supply and repositioned dishwasher under counter. Not particularly easy for DIYer but can be done. As a side note, I ordered 2 gaskets for the first repair so one was readily available. When the subsequent repair was finished, I order 2 more, due to low price, for backup. Read more

Replaced hose, ordered a new top wash arm at the same time and replaced that also. Ordering the parts was easy, received parts in two days, installed with no problem, however, did need my husband's help in pushing down tube for a tight fit. Read more
