Before we replaced the board, my wife tried to replace just the element. We had one we had ordered several years ago when this same thing happened. Removed old element , found the part on exploded view diagram of th oven. Got on appliance parts pro web site put in model number , made sure picture on line looked the same and ordered. While I was at it ordered a bottom pan for the oven that needed replacing. Received both parts 3 or 4 days later regular shipping. Installed both parts no problem . Thanks appliance parts pros. Watched the video here, took the leap that burner was the problem and ordered it. Also found another vid on you tube that was more specific to my Kenmore. Tip: find out how to take off the oven door. For mine it was very easy but not detailed in the APP vid. I followed instructions in APP vid but also first took off back panel of range and tested resistance of old burner to ensure that was truly the problem (as suggested by other YT vid). I unplugged the stove ,cut the 50 amp cord off from the terminal block as it was burned took out the terminal block as it to was all melted .installed the new terminal block with a new stove cord back in business Read more

The clips on the rear side of the drawer box were broken. Easy to locate the part on the website. Part in hand in two days and installed in about five minutes. Needed to remove the drawer and use a 1/4" driver, remove the broken slide and install the new one. Read more

Had to pull double oven and range top out from wall which involved removing the upper kitchen cabinet. Took the sheet metal off the back and had the socket swapped out in a couple of minutes. My old oven works like a charm! Read more

Removing was easy. Pull out the ends of the seal, the ends aren't locked in. Then, pull up on each retaining clip. Each clip is held in with spring tension. Reinstallation was easy too. Start on one end, Twist frayed end into cone-like shape and insert into one of the holes for the seal. Push in with a skewer/screwdriver. Insert first clip into the first hole.
