Door latch strike.
Assessed the situation and determined that the metal strike was broken. The unit did not work and no power due to this. Looked up the part with the model number and installed in less than 10 minutes. Unit worked immediately. The two screws require a star wrench or small nut driver for removal. Very easy! Read more
Replaced bottom left front tub wheel to top rack. Rack rail is slightly bent because of fall. New part works fine with a slight stiffness to rail. problem resolved. Read more

Electronic control assembly.
The part arrived earlier than stated. I rounded up the tools I needed - had to buy a star screwdriver to remove the panel. I watched a youtube tutorial on line before hand - very helpful. I followed the instructions step by step and had no problem removing and replacing the part. Ordered a new spray tower but did not know where/how to attach it! Handyman came over and - TO MY SURPRISE - the tower attached to the dish basket in the bottom of the dishwasher! I should have just contacted Appliance Parts customer service and saved some time, money, and embarassment! Read more

I did some research online and figured out that I needed to replace the control module. I tried the other possible solutions first but they did not work. I ordered the part and it arrived in a few days. I had to remove the back panel on the door of the dishwasher with a screwdriver and Torx bit to access the module.
